Playing at Canterbury on their Parents Weekend the Bears were able to extend their streak to three wins, but just barely. In a game in which the Canterbury side showed great determination and won the majority of contested balls and out-competed the Bears, the visitors were able to sneak away with a win on a first half goal by senior Chelsea Preston. So while it was not the Bears' best effort of the year, Canterbury is owed much the credit and demonstrated a will to win which the Bears could not summon; as a result the Saints nearly pulled off the upset.
The Bears are back in action on Wednesday versus class B power Miss Porters in Simsbury.
